Initiate Your Request
Log in to your AXOPROS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.
Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all designer tags and protective packaging, into a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
